20th Century Farm House

We offer farm stay holidays in our farmhouse. The guest wing of our 17th century farmhouse is perfect for couples and small families (dogs welcome).

Within easy walking distance of Cotehele house and gardens, there is river access at the quay for kayaks, paddle boards etc. We have a great local pub a 10 minute walk away and of course you get to spend time on our beautiful farm.

Guests are welcome to spend some time with us meeting the animals behind the scenes. We are a short drive from both Bodmin moor and Dartmoor. Beaches on the north and south coasts are within easy reach. We are only 25mins from the bustling centre of Plymouth, the historic Barbican is not to be missed.

The Wrangler Wagon

Totally secluded with panoramic views of the Tamar valley. Our Wrangler Wagon is the ultimate off grid getaway. Our Bespoke shepherds hut style accommodation with a unique personality. Set within our 270 acre farm, your nearest neighbours our our alpacas and goats. Within walking distance of great pubs and the popular Cotehele house & gardens. Solar lighting and wood burner for heat & indoor cooking. Fantastic fire pit bbq that even has a roasting oven. Rainfall shower and outdoor bath.

The wagon is in its own enclosure set in a stunning location in one of our fields. It has a very comfy double bed with built in storage underneath. It is fully insulated with a wood stove so is cosy even in winter. There is an array of cooking utensils/crockery etc. There is a picnic table and lounge chairs outside. The fire pit is also a bbq and comes with a hot plate and dome oven for more adventurous cooks who fancy making bread etc. the bath and shower are cold, perfect to cool down on a hot summers day or at anytime if you are keen to experience cold water therapy! There is a small sink inside the wagon if you need to wash in warm water which you can heat in a kettle on the stove. There is a composting loo which is a 50m walk from the wagon. All lighting is solar powered. It has quirky rustic decor and the wagon has been constructed using many repurposed materials.
